This course is for beginners and intermediate level photographers and will comprise a mix of classroom work and excursions. Bits of technique that will immediately help you to take better pictures and understand enough about how your cameras work to begin to take control. Classes will be local to begin with and later we will add one or two longer sessions to get to more interesting locations. We will be taking proper pictures from the beginning and after the first couple of introductory sessions, lessons will all be self-contained so that students can drop in to anything they find interesting and then miss a couple if they are too busy or the subject matter does not appeal. There is a structure however and if you can attend 3 or 4 of these you will have a very solid grasp of Dslr photography
We want to see your images as we progress so there will be an option to share images to a dedicated Facebook page (if you use this !) and to the gallery on our webpage - and as with your children's images we will discuss pictures as we go and have feedback sessions at the start of each session where practical. We will provide Canon Dslr cameras for anyone who needs one and these are included in the lesson fees. Lessons will also be backed up with online tutorials.
