If the sun shines we will stay outside as much as possible. Today looking for Abstract images in the garden. When we teach this we always wait for a sunny day as shadows create the most incredible distortions - particularly when the sun is low in the sky. I shot a sun lounger, bicycle spokes the underside of a walking boot and twisting wisteria branches waiting for their buds. I also shot the protective gloves i've been using as I'm Type1 Diabetic and need to be extra careful. I have lots of them but I wash them and disinfect them to use them again as it's not certain when we'll be able to get more. I'm mostly living on my own in the studio in our garden so that the risks are lessened even more. This picture probably belongs in a tutorial about Surrealism but I've posted it here anyway. Your pics will count as abstract if you just find an interesting angle or a new way of looking at something familiar. If you manage to get out for a walk look for Abstract pictures along the way. And shoot some more Shadow selfies please
Enjoy the sun & Send me your best shots
