Nailing my colours to the mast & declaring that Red is my favourite colour. You'll guess from the Liverpool mug at the bottom of this page that my football team play in red - but I think I liked it before I'd even heard of football. And the number 8. I liked that too. Red is the colour of drama and sometimes danger. It tells us when we need to STOP and in the natural world it often warns that the insect crawling towards us or the berry we're about to pop into our mouths is poisonous. Mostly though it's about energy and passion and about gpoing for it !  A fiery sunset - A crackling bonfire with gold and red in the embers. A Ferrari racing through a chicane.
It's just a very cool colour
